Jason Chambers, JD

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1999. After graduation, he ventured to Yokohama, Japan, where he spent two years teaching English before returning to Kansas City. Back home, Jason worked as a pathology assistant for five years, gaining invaluable medical insights before shifting gears to pursue a career in law. He attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where he participated in both an international trade moot court and a new venture creation competition, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2010. Jason began his legal journey with the Hollis Law Firm as a law clerk in 2009 and continued as an attorney after his graduation.

With a deep commitment to client advocacy, Jason has dedicated his legal career to representing those injured by defective drugs and medical devices. His expertise spans a range of complex product liability litigations, including metal-on-metal hip implant cases, bladder cancer claims related to diabetes medication, and cardiovascular injury cases stemming from dialysis procedures involving GranuFlo. Jason’s role as lead attorney in these high-stakes litigations underscores his expertise and dedication to seeking justice for injured clients.

Now the managing attorney of the Hollis Law Firm, Jason focuses on hernia mesh and pharmaceutical litigation. He remains at the forefront of drug and medical device litigation, consistently prioritizing consumer safety. Outside of his legal practice, Jason is passionate about traveling, staying active, exploring local restaurants, reading science fiction, and volunteering in his community. Jason’s professional memberships include Delta Theta Phi, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
