Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1999. After graduation, he ventured to Yokohama, Japan, where he spent two years teaching English before returning to Kansas City. Back home, Jason worked as a pathology assistant for five years, gaining invaluable medical insights before shifting gears to pursue a career in law. He attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where he participated in both an international trade moot court and a new venture creation competition, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2010. Jason began his legal journey with the Hollis Law Firm as a law clerk in 2009 and continued as an attorney after his graduation.
