Olivia Hornbeck

Legal Intake Director

Olivia joined the Hollis Law Firm in 2020 as a legal assistant working closely on the Zantac litigation and quickly transitioned into her current role as Director of Legal Intake. She is extremely efficient with managing the process of onboarding new clients and mastering difficult tasks and potential obstacles. As the Director of Marketing and Legal Intake, Olivia maintains the firm’s new and prospective clients in all aspects, manages client recruitment and retention, and works closely with other law firms around the country to ensure our client’s needs are met. With her expertise in both creative and technical writing, Olivia consistently generates new content pertaining to the firm’s practice, keeping the firm’s website up to date with the latest information regarding current and upcoming litigations.

 

Olivia received her B.S. in Psychology with a creative writing minor from Baker University in 2018.  As the sole managing editor of Baker’s literary magazine, Olivia led all phases of the magazine and took an important role in its design and distribution.  As a member of her English honor society, Olivia presented her work at international literary conferences and was published in the society’s international literary journal. Olivia also interned at the Down Syndrome Guild of Kansas City leading activities which offered behavior support strategies and established independence for teenagers with Down syndrome. After graduating, she worked as a conversion consultant for Cerner, traveling to various healthcare facilities around the country to assist with the implementation of the Cerner software into hospitals and healthcare clinics.
